Pace Physician
The Geriatric Physician will provide medical care in the PACE Center and other entities as assigned. The Physician will provide general leadership across the health system regarding medical issues, trends, and training of key staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide comprehensive inpatient care to the residents and patients of MorseLife Health
System.
Work as a key member of the medical team working closely with staff managing the medical care of residents and patients.
Monitors and ensures key quality outcomes with residents/patients; establishes protocols Participate and lead quality improvement programs across MorseLife Health
System Meet the unique and growing needs of complex and frail elderly patients.
Provides on call coverage, in collaboration with other physicians, on a rotational basis.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Does not supervise others.

Graduate of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency training program and
Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties. Geriatric
Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred. Licensed in the State of Florida. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
WORKING HOURS
This position requires constant communication and availability to line staff and leadership
