ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing prospect opportunities in the community; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating our marketing calendars.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing enrollment statistics.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with HPMS guidelines
  • Keep inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt of items.
  • Supports intake/enrollment staff by generating leads for potential enrollments
  • Plans meetings, health/community fairs or events, by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Stays up to date with the HPMS Marketing Guidelines
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings to educate intake/enrollment staff on upcoming marketing events
  • Annual education to all PACE Staff on marketing regulatory changes
  • Attend community events, representing the PACE Program to prospects and or event organizers
  • Update policies and procedures
  • Update enrollment documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Social Work. Master’s degree preferred.
    • Sales and Marketing experience
    • Strong communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and computer skills.
    • Strength in attention to detail and organization.
    • Must be able to interact successfully with patients, families and other agencies to present a positive and professional image.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively handle the emotional stress of the workload.
    • Bi-lingual preferred.
    • Ability to work unsupervised exercising a high degree of discretion & independent judgment.
    • Ability to physically access any home, hospital, nursing home, and ALF i.e. navigate stairs, narrow stairs, narrow spaces, lack of air conditioning, etc.
    • Ability to travel in community.
